A great hotel, located down a side street just off the busy highway, with secure covered parking on site with a guard. All the staff are friendly and the housemaids are nice and quiet (which is strange for Vietnam). Room is very comfortable and well equipped with a nice soft bed (could be too soft if you're used to a firm mattress) and a large flat screen TV that has Netflix app. Ensuite has a proper shower (wall column type with many options) with good water pressure and good hot water supply. They also have an elevator to reach rooms upon all levels. Restaurant on the premises with an excellent and wide variety of dishes to choose from....or many closeby, local restaurants if you want to save money. Overall an excellent experience at a proper hotel that cares about customer comfort and not just after their cash.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for value for money. The room and bathroom were quite spacious , modern and clean. The food was superb and rooftop bar fabulous. The staff were very courteous and accomodating. A member of my family had forgotten some personal valuable items when checking out but was extremely releived that the staff had found them and minded them safely for her until she could return to retrieve them. We most certainly will return

New otel and 7 floor very nice wiev and Cafe Bar you can sit drink and enjoy atmosphee good.room is big bed is comfortable i was happy and comfortable with my night staff are ffriendly i recomend this hotel for every one

Pool was great! Loved the location and for a it more take the luxury room. Spacious and very comfortable. Would have liked plates and a some kitchen equipment and the room was a smoking room. Could definitely smell it. The two balconies made up for it. Sky bar was amazing and well priced

The food was sold in the bar was very delicious and the bed is comfort enough. The swimming pool is very nice.

I liked that even though we spoke different language, they were really helpful and wanted to provide me with the best experience possible

Clean and big room at a very good price. I always sleep well in this hotel. The fan was fine this time (not too noisy and easy to adjust the right temperature).
